ABOUTThe Junior Luvabulls program is ready to find their 2017-2018 teams! The Junior Luvabulls will perform at five (5) Chicago Bulls regular season home games on the court at the United Center. This program is for young girls who aspire to dance and perform like the Luvabulls.

Our Mission & Goals: WE BELIEVE THAT YOUTH ATHLETICS IS THE FOUNDATION FOR fitness, wellness, confidence, fun, strength, power, teamwork, friends, self-discipline, time management, goal setting, respect, coordination, flexibility and LIFE. Dance can teach an individual the importance of working together as a team.

Our Teams: All girls, ages 5yrs. - 18yrs., are invited to join one of our Junior Luvabulls dance teams. Teams will be separated by age ONLY. Each member will be placed on a team after they have finished the online registration.

Team Levels (Age as of August 27, 2017): • Mini Luvs: 5yrs. – 8yrs. • Youth Luvs: 9yrs. – 12yrs. • Junior Luvs: 13yrs. – 18yrs. • Performance Team 5yrs. – 18yrs.

JUNIOR LUVABULLS IS A NO-CUT/NO AUDITION PROGRAM! SPACE IS LIMITED.

To register for the Junior Luvabulls Program, please visit Bulls.com/JuniorLuvabulls. There is an online registration/workshop fee of $175 due by Thursday, August 24, 2017.

The Dance Workshop is on Sunday, August 27, 2017 and is mandatory for all participants who want to become a member of the Junior Luvabulls program. The uniform and accessory fee of $300 is due at check-in on Sunday, August 27th. We are ordering new uniforms this season and ALL participants will need:

Workshop Tentative Run-of-Day

(Please bring cash or money order ONLY. No checks will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Money orders made out to Chicago Bulls.) •Doors open at 12:30 PM

•Members should arrive no later than 1:00 PM for check-in at Quest Multisport Complex.(2641 W. Harrison St., Chicago, IL 60612)

•Parents and members will check-in at the back parking lot doors. (Located in the back parking lot of Quest Multi Sport Complex)

•Junior Luvabull participants will proceed to the court to start warming up.

•Junior Luvabull uniform fitting is from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Parents and members will try on their uniform for sizing. At this time, the $300 uniform fee is due.

•The workshop will end by 4:45 PM with a performance by all of the Junior Luvabulls Teams.

There will be NO PARENT MEETING during the Workshop. We will have our Parent Meeting at our first rehearsal on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 3:30 PM. The Junior Luvabull Game Schedule will be distributed during the Parent Meeting.

Rehearsal Dates (All rehearsals are on Sundays)

Rehearsal Times and TeamsRehearsals may be canceled due to Sunday Bulls Home Games or Snow Days. We have accounted for that in the tuition. These canceled rehearsals will not be rescheduled. There are no refunds given for canceled rehearsals nor will you be charged fees for missing rehearsals or arriving late.

•All rehearsals will last two hours and will be instructed by current and former Chicago Luvabulls. There will be two instructors per group. •A Junior Luvabull instructor has the right to remove a Junior Luvabull from any game/rehearsal without warning or refund for any of the following: -Not having the correct uniform -Not knowing the choreography -Being disrespectful to ANY staff members -Missed rehearsals •Junior Luvabulls will perform hip hop and/or pom routines at two (2) pre-game performances and three (3) halftime shows throughout the Bulls regular season.

Christmas Eve New Year’s Eve

The Junior Luvabulls uniform consists of: custom-made, professional uniform by The Line Up (the same company who designs and produces the Luvabulls costumes), poms with baton handle, and bow. All fees are due on August 27th at the workshop.

This season we will not be including all white gym shoes with our uniform package. We have taken out that charge and are allowing Junior Luvabull participants to purchase their own white shoes for this season. In order to perform on game days, each Junior Luvabull must bring her own all white gym shoes.

Our Junior Luvabulls program is a No-Cut/No Audition program. Below is a breakdown of all payments and due dates.

Junior Luvabulls team members will incur all of the following participation costs:

•Annual membership fee •Workshop fee •Monthly tuition fee

•Accessory fees •Uniform fees

Payments will be due at the below payment schedule breakdown. All payments can be paid in cash or money order ONLY. Tuition paid after the first practice of the month will incur a $25 late fee in addition to owed tuition. (Sick days, traffic, work conflicts, missed rehearsals are no exceptions. The fee will NOT be waived.) A member will not be allowed to attend practice until the tuition or any fees are paid in full. If a member misses the final rehearsal before a performance due to late tuition and/or other reasons, that child will not be able to perform at the next scheduled Bulls game and will not receive any refunds or credits.

TUITION SCHEDULE

All payments are to be paid in full at the time payments are due. No exceptions or refunds. There WILL be a $25 late fee for all tuition paid after the due date (which is the first rehearsal of every month).

Tuition is not based on the number of rehearsals in a month. Fees include: music, court rental, and choreography instruction. Total fees are added and then divided by month for monthly payment.

Game tickets are your responsibility. They are not provided or included in the above fees.

JUNIOR LUVABULL PARTICIPANTS:Ages 5yrs – 18yrs. NOT Parents and/or spectators

If your Junior Luvabull participant is staying for her performance and the game she NEEDS a game ticket. Each Junior Luvabull needs to enter Gate 3 1/2 at the specified call-time with this ticket in hand. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your Junior Luvabull participant is NOT staying for the game and is only staying for the performance, she will NOT need a game ticket but must exit the United Center directly after the performance. Junior Luvabull participants without a ticket will need to be picked up by a parent/guardian at Gate 3 1/2 immediately following their performance. All parents are responsible for purchasing all Bulls tickets for their Junior Luvabull participant. A ticket link to purchase all game tickets will be provided by the ticketing department. Junior Luvabulls instructors/Bulls Staff are not involved with ticket sales. Please contact the Bulls ticket department for any questions regarding your tickets.

ALL PARENTS AND/OR SPECTATORS:NOT Junior Luvabull Participants

Any parent or spectator entering the United Center for the game on a performance day NEEDS a ticket, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are coming to only watch your Junior Luvabull perform, you still NEED a valid game day ticket to enter the United Center. All parents will need to enter the building through the main ticket entrance after the doors open, which is usually around 5:30P.M. on game day. A ticket link to purchase all game tickets will be provided by the ticketing department. Junior Luvabulls instructors/Bulls Staff are not involved with ticket sales. Please contact the Bulls ticket department for any questions regarding your tickets.
