With a year under our belts, the transition of American Manufacturing becoming a division of HitchDoc has proven to be a valuable learning experience. We took the time to contact distributors, dealers and end-users to learn what has worked and what hasn’t. Our engineering team has evaluated past drawings and developed new ones to bring American Manufacturing in under the HitchDoc Powersports Accessories quality division.

Motorcycle hitches have been the backbone of HitchDoc since the first hitch was engineered in the farm shop roughly 30 years ago. Eagle Plow BladesEagle Plows Blades were first designed for 3-wheelers in the early 1990’s, now HitchDoc has taken the time to

refresh and improve an already great product. Blades are still designed and manufactured in Minnesota, USA, by the snow experts and are made with US Prime steel for maximum strength and durability. Starting with 11 gauge steel, and finished with a long-lasting, durable, powder-coat finish to complete the newly improved Eagle Plow Blades.

These blades have proven to be reliable while being easy to adjust and maneuver. Look forward to using your ATV or UTV year-round and make snow plowing an adventure!

Eagle Plow Blades have the ability to work on most machines or any Eagle Plow System, turn to pages 8-10 for more information. Each blade easily engages and disengages from the plow system in between uses or for storage. Plowing accessories and replacement parts can be found on pages 20-21.

The Original Eagle Plow SystemThe Original Eagle Plow System has years of ‘in-the-field’ engineering and is now

backed with HitchDoc’s dedication to quality and service. This mid-mount system is made in Minnesota, USA. Once each mount, push tube and swivel is manufactured, they are sent for a Jet Black powder-coat finish that will withstand the harsh, winter elements. The Original Eagle Plow system mounts to the belly of your ATV and offers an initial install without any drilling. Winch or Hand Lift kits are needed to lift the blade.

In the years to come, HitchDoc will continue to make mounts for the Original Eagle Plow System for new makes and models. The two plate system is composed of a model specific mount, universal push tube mount, swivel system and pairs with any Eagle Plow Blade. Plow system replacement parts and accessories can be found on pages 20-21.

Model Specific ATV Mid-Mount Plate:• Stays on year-round and acts as a steel, protecting skid plate

• Won’t affect oil changing or ground clearance

• Made from 11 gauge steel & attaches with provided hardware

Universal Push Tube Mount Plate:• Offers pins for instant engaging & disengaging of plow system

with the Quick-Latch Brackets

Original Eagle Push Tube:• Manufactured from 1 1/2” high strength square tubing

• V-shaped design and cross bars increase the stability of the entire plow system

Eagle Swivel System:• Manually adjust to 5 positions offering 30° of rotation to each side

• Rotates on a heavy duty 5/8” bolt mounted to 1/4” solid steel

Eagle Blade Mounting:• Blade attaches to the Swivel System with 1/2” bolts

• Adjustable, bolt-on blade stops offers 4 blade pitch positions

• Comes with trip springs & eye bolts for added blade protection

Gen. II ATV Plow SystemWith the Original Eagle Plow System fitting the needs of some powersports enthusiasts, the Gen. II Plow

System is designed for those who want an install with front access. This system mounts to the front of your ATV frame with a Model Specific Mount that is composed of both machine and push tube mounts. All together, this system has four major components; the Model Specific Front Mount, Gen. II Push Tubes, Eagle Swivel System and the Eagle Plow Blade of preference. The blade in this system can only be lifted using a winch.

The Gen. II Plow System is manufactured in Minnesota, USA, and each piece of the system is powder-coated in Jet Black for a long lasting finish. The HitchDoc team will continue to design applications for new model year machines that apply to this front mount and push tube systems. Plow system replacement parts and accessories can be found on pages 20-21.

Model Specific ATV Front Mount:• Made from 7 gauge steel & attaches with grade 5 hardware

• Offers pins for instant engaging & disengaging of plow system with the Quick-Latch Brackets

Eagle UTV Plow SystemWhen you want to move snow with your UTV and want the ease of a front mount install, the Eagle UTV

Plow System is for you. It resembles the characteristics of the Eagle Gen. II Plow System but is designed for mounting to UTVs. This system is composed of a Model Specific Mount, UTV Push Tube, Eagle Swivel System and an Eagle Plow Blade. Blade lifting can only be done with a winch.

Designed and manufactured in Minnesota, USA, then backed with the HitchDoc commitment to quality and service is sure to please. Materials in this system are made from American steel and finished in a long lasting, powder coat finish in Jet Black. Plow system replacement parts and accessories can be found on pages 20-21.

Model Specific UTV Front Mount:• Manufactured from 7 gauge steel & attaches with grade 5

hardware to the frame

• Clevis pins are included for attaching push tubes

• See pages 16-19 for your specific UTV Front mount

• Some mounts may recommend off-season removal to maintain ground clearance

Eagle Motion Pac by KYBHydraulically control your plow position from the seat of your UTV with the Eagle Motion Pac by KYB. Powered by

a single, 3/4” chrome hydraulic shaft, Eagle Plow Blades can move snow exactly where you want it!

These kits are manufactured and assembled for front mount UTV plow systems. Different lengths are available for machines with tires and tracks. Kits are sold as complete units and include the required push tube, wiring harness, hydraulic cylinder and swivel system. Some assembly required.

Eagle Hand Lift Kit – #2900Working with the Original Eagle Plow System, a Hand Lift Kit can be

purchased to manually raise and lower your mid-mount ATV plow system. The kit is manufactured with a ¾” handle tube and 3/8” lifting link that connects to the plow system’s push tube to raise and lower the blade. How much lift height is variable from machine to machine but has an easy-to-set float position with the bumper strap.

The Eagle Hand Lift Kit is easy to install on any ATV and is fully adjustable; the height of the handle can change for added leverage when lifting the blade.

Talon Tire ChainsGet more bite with the ladder-style, hardened V-bar Talon

Tire Chains. Deep links won’t fall between tire lugs when running on ice, slush, or hard packed snow. Five size options available to fit the majority of factory or specialty ATV/UTV tires. Chains have four links between cross sections to increase your grip in harsh winter conditions.

Talon Tire Chains are sold in rear pairs and come with a plastic case for year-round storage. They are easy to install; start by lying flat, rolling on and cinching up. Chains are zinc plated for corrosion resistance.

out of any tough situation. Each winch is water-resistant with a sealed construction to keep the harshest elements out. Eagle Winches are seen as a durable utility tool for use by off-road enthusiasts around the globe on the trails, in the field or back in the woods.

Winches are manufactured with a full metal composition and a hardened triple planetary gear system that transmits torque to a permanent magnet motor. This system also offers superior controls with the handlebar rocker switch or optional wireless remote kit but can also free spool out.

Every Eagle Winch is designed for easy mounting with either a 2- or 4-hole mounting design. (except #1926, 2.000lb Winch is a 2-bolt) ATV/UTV mounts made from 7 gauge, American steel are sold separately and can be found in any of the Plow Mounting Guides on pages 12-19.

Stand back and watch your Eagle Winch work with the Eagle Winch Wireless Remote Kit. Kit includes a hand-held remote transmitter with a long-life battery and a receiver that attaches to the winch system in minutes with a 4-prong female connector. Remote can reach up to 50’ range with an extendable antenna and indicator lights to confirm winch connection.

Eagle Winch Remote Kit can be used on ATVs and UTVs with front or rear mounted winches using a 12V or 24V electrical system but is not recommend for use with winches that are used for cranes, construction or industrial purposes.

Manufacturer Warning

Do not exceed the motorcycle manufacturer’s Gross Vehicle weight limit when loading and pulling ANY trailer with ANY motorcycle. ALL HitchDoc motorcycle trailer hitches have a MAXIMUM tongue weight load of 40 pounds. Tongue weight must NEVER EXCEED 10% of the GROSS TRAILER weight including ALL CONTENTS AND CARGO.

Motorcycle performance is always effected by adding a trailer to a motorcycle. Always ride in a conservative and safety conscience manner when towing a trailer with a motorcycle.

1. Allow extra distance for acceleration and braking when pulling a trailer.

2. Always decrease from normal cornering speeds when pulling a trailer with a motorcycle.

3. When riding in groups with a motorcycle trailer, always ride at the rear of the group to minimize group accident exposure.

4. Never exceed motorcycle manufacturer, trailer manufacturer, or hitch manufacturer’s limits for gross weight or tongue weight.

5. Never exceed posted speed limits for vehicles when pulling trailers which can be different than non-towing vehicles.

6. Many states exclude, by law, vehicles towing trailers from the left hand, or so called fast lanes.

7. Always use approved safety chains, and have them securely attached. Cross the safety chains under the tongue of the trailer so that the tongue will not drop to the road if it becomes separated from the hitch. Always leave just enough slack so that you can turn with your rig. And, never allow safety chains to drag on the ground.

8. Trailer tire pressure should be inflated to maximum allowable pressure, unless otherwise recommended by the trailer manufac-turer. Rear motorcycle tire pressure should be inflated to maximum allowable pressure (refer to tire side wall marking) and checked periodically.

9. Towing a trailer requires a certain amount of experience. After loading the trailer, weigh the trailer and then the tongue separately, to see if the weights are proper.

10. If trailer sways or bounces while towing, SLOW DOWN BY REDUCING SPEED GRADUALLY and STOP TOWING immediately. Unless cause can be determined, i.e. shifted load, low tire pressure, etc., which can be corrected, do not resume towing.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

The warranty policy begins upon delivery of the product to the customer.

All warranty claims must be placed with the retailer or dealer at which the product was purchased. If the product was purchased under special circumstances or original dealer is no longer present contact HitchDoc for the nearest dealer at 1-800-446-8222.

HitchDoc warrants to its dealers who in turn warrant to the original owner that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after delivery by the authorized HitchDoc dealer to the original buyer. All purchased components (example: tires, engines, hydraulic components, electrical components, gearboxes, brakes, axles, etc.) will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.

During the warranty period, authorized HitchDoc dealers shall repair or replace, at HitchDoc’s option without charge for parts and labor, any part of the product which fails because of workmanship or material defect. The owner shall provide the authorized HitchDoc dealer with prompt notice of the defect and allow reasonable time for replacement or repair. HitchDoc at its option may require failed parts to be returned to the factory.

This warranty does not cover replacement of scheduled service items and high wear items. The owner shall rely solely on the warranty, if any, of the respective manufactures of given parts. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, accidents, alterations, or use the product is not approved for. Failure to properly maintain and care for the product as outlined in the owner’s manual will void warranty.

Use of this product for means outside of its intended design and use will void all warranties. HitchDoc may request to have descriptions of the events which led to the failure of this product provided to them in writing. HitchDoc reserves the right to contact the owner for further clarification of the events which led to the failure of this product to aid in the warranty claim.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE TO ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS. HITCHDOC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALLHITCHDOC OR AUTHORIZED HITCHDOC DEALER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF MACHINE USE. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HITCHDOC AND THE AUTHORIZED HITCHDOC DEALER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES FURNISHED HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT UPON WHICH SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED.

Prior approval for any costs related to parts, labor, or travel must be approved by HitchDoc.

The following fees may apply to returned product:HitchDoc will apply a 20% restocking fee for material returned that is not defective.A $90 chroming fee will apply to hitches that are damaged from not being properly packaged.A minimum painting fee of $50 will apply to product that is damaged from not being properly packaged.

HitchDoc has the right to revise its Warranty Policy without prior written notice.
