Prince Castle DHBs are an integral part of QSR work-in-process operations in which menu items are prepared to order on demand.

Specifically designed to hold individual menu item components, virtually any fried, grilled or baked food product can be held for an extended period of time and at an improved quality level compared to heat lamps, steam tables or other traditional point of use holding methods.

Prince Castle DHBs also include MenuTrak timer bars that offer operators the ability to “supervise” held products by assigning where menu item components are located and monitoring hold times. Prince Castle’s MenuTrak technology also provides improved speed of service and product consistency, with added built-in programmable features that alert operators when to cook new product and replace existing held product.

2. Prices : all prices are subject to change with a 30 days notice. Prices do not include VAT and duties. Prices will be those in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are listed ex works Bouilly France.

3. Shipping : pricing is listed ex works. Shipping options include collection and despatch using your supplied carrier details such as Fedex / UPS; CatEquip can offer to quote you delivery.Shipping costs are excluded from quoted pricing, regardless of order value.

4. Returns : no merchandise may be returned without written authorisation from CATEQUIP.Authorised merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid by the customer and is subject to a 25 % restocking charge. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the original shipment and goods must be returned in the original shipping cartons. Credit will be issued after merchandise inspection, on the base of the original shipment net prices with deduction of the restocking charge.
