Jury Process

Liability Each artist is responsible for insuring his/her artwork. The Downtown Community Partnership and Xcel Energy will not be responsible for loss or damage of his/her artwork.

Artwork may be picked up the week of May 30th- June 2nd. All artwork not picked up by Friday, June 9th, 2017 will become property of the Downtown Community Partnership.

A panel of artists, advisory board members of Xcel Energy and the Downtown Community Partnership will choose the winning entry. The signatures on the artwork will be covered during the jury process in order to keep anonymity.

Interested artists are asked to deliver their art (one entry per artist, framed or unframed) to the Downtown Community Partnership, located at 210 Broadway #202 no later than April 28th, 2017. Please call ahead (701-241-1570) to ensure someone is at the office. Only delivered works will be allowed (no photographic, slide or electronic submissions of the original art).

Xcel Energy reserves the right to purchase the original piece at a price negotiated by the artist and Xcel Energy once the winner is announced. Please direct all questions to
