Aether waves surrounding us are both imploding and expanding while also accelerating or decelerating in a golden mean ratio. The original study on the physiological effects of the CHI Process was present-ed as a Doctoral Dissertation at Holos University. An experiment with repeat-ed measures utilized 23 male and 35 female Sri Lankans, randomly assigned to an intervention group and a control group. All procedures were carried out individually. Heart Rate Variability was recorded in both groups before, during and after three five-minute sessions. Descriptions of thoughts and physical sensations during the observation pe-riod were recorded on audiotape. The intervention group showed statistically significant improvements, and percep-tions of well being. The control group sat quietly with eyes closed, breathing normally. Little or no change in the re-peated measures was observed.

In 1916-17, Dr. Francis Niepher performed meticulous mass-deflection experiments with lead spheres suspend-ed by wires and electrified inside both shielded and unshielded containers, showing the force was able to penetrate Faraday cages. Before 1905, George S. Piggott was routinely suspending small silver spheres and other materials using the electrostatic force field from a spe-cially designed Wimshurst machine. TT Brown discovered in the 1920s that hi-Voltage, low Amp electricity causes movement in objects... specifically capacitor-configurations. Bill AlekA typical AC transformer utilizes a principle of transferring electrical en-ergy called mutual electromagnetic induction. This effect described as Far-aday’s Law of Induction (1831) permits a near equal amount of REAL power to be transferred between the input coil and the output coil. The “near equal amount” is the result of imperfections or losses in the transformer causing the efficiency of the same transformer to approach, but never exceed 100%.In the 1980s, Floyd Sweet developed a transformer he called the Space Quanta Modulator (SQM) and later renamed the Vacuum Triode Amplifier (VTA) by Tom Bearden. The transformer had an efficiency exceeding 1,000,000%. Mainstream physics could not explain how this was possible. Shrouded in secrecy, the operation of Floyd’s VTA device was not understood until now.

In 2002, an article published in Infinite Energy Magazine by D.L. Our research suggests the noble gases are changing to a liquid. The engine accelerates from 0 to 1800 RPMs in one plasma expansion. We also get four and a quarter revolutions off that one hit of which we will be showing high speed footage. Addi-tionally we discovered that the plasma when it expands has a directional flow and shows a collective behavior. With our new high speed camera, we have some pretty cool footage. Who knows what else we will have by showtime!
