We also had some children from Future Kids Ohaupo come and join in on the day. We received this
lovely letter from them after the event. Evening Sue.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for letting us come up and join in the school cross country on Friday. Our tamariki
had the best time and they talked about it all afternoon. I also just wanted to compliment the school and the students
too. What a wonderful bunch you have. I loved the atmosphere and the spirit. Everyone was so supportive, understanding
and accepting. The community spirit out there yesterday was beautiful and it was a great feeling to be part of it. So
congratulations on creating that environment and atmosphere, not only for the people there every day but also for the wider
community who come to visit. The school spirit really shone through those students and staff and it was a real credit to the
school.
We also learnt a lot from the experience and ways we can improve our trip for next years cross country.
Thank you again for allowing us this opportunity, we look forward to many more wonderful shared experiences.
Kind Regards,
Shelly Proebstel

OHAUPO SCHOOL AG DAY
FRIDAY 20TH OCTOBER 2017
We are requiring help for the following jobs on Ag Day. These jobs can be done by parents with or without

Please indicate which job/s you are able to help us with, your help ensures the day runs smoothly.
We will be holding a cake stall, which is proudly sponsored by our parents. A plate will be sent home to each
family in the week leading up to Ag Day - please be thinking about providing a cake or other baking for the day
