NFA PoliciesBadges: Pick up your badges and purchased tickets on-site. They will be available at registration.

Cancellation Policy: Only written requests for refunds received by the NFA on or before July 22nd will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for the failure of the exhibiting member to provide a valid certificate of insurance for a product demonstration. All refunds will be processed after the convention.

Identification: All registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badges, tickets, or to gain admission to the demonstrations, seminars or trade show.

Lost Badges and Tickets: Any lost or misplaced badges may be replaced for a $5 processing fee. Registrants may be required to provide a picture ID or business card to collect badge.

Participation: The NFA Expo is only open to NFA members and industry professionals. It is not open to the general public. Only registrants wearing an Expo badge will be allowed to attend the demonstrations, seminars and trade show. Supervised children 15 years old or younger may attend the NFA Expo with a registrant.

Registration Names: If at the time of registration, the exact attendee names are not known, Attendee may identify registrant(s) as Employee Number 1, etc. until August 15th. After August 15th, a $5 fee will be charged for any name changes required and any additional attendee registrations must be done on-site.

Additional Attendees: Any additional attendees added after the June 1 and August 25th deadlines will be charged the applicable increased rate fees.

Additional Exhibitor InformationTrade Show Exhibitor Policy:

a) Booth Space is determined by the Expo Coordinator based on a first come, first served basis upon the NFA receiving your completed registration form and payment in full.

b) No live firework products are allowed in the trade show.c) Clearly mark all shipments "DUMMY SAMPLES" or “INERT” and “FOR TRADE SHOW”.d) You, the attendee, are responsible for the packing, labeling and shipping of booth materials after the

trade show to your next destination.e) The NFA shall not be held responsible for the shipping of any products to or from the trade show.f) The space as stipulated in this contract is to be used solely for the named Exhibiting member and cannot

be transferred or any portion of it to another exhibitor or their agent(s).g) Every exhibit must be set up and ready for inspection by 1pm, Friday September 8th.

h) Every exhibit shall be prepared in a neat and orderly style and must be kept clean by the exhibitor during the entire show. No flammable materials (such as crepe paper) shell be used in decoration of the exhibits.

i) The NFA reserves the right to control the use and volume of any loudspeaker, radio, musical instrument or any noise making devices that might interfere with the exhibitors in the immediate area. Public address systems cannot be used except by special permission.

j) The NFA reserves the right to restrict the dissemination of literature viewed by The Board of Directors as a detriment to the National Fireworks Association and/or The NFA Expo.

k) The NFA will use all responsible care to prevent loss or damage to exhibitor’s property, but is not liable in any manner for such loss.

l) Each exhibit must stay within the allotted booth space.m) No inside exhibits shall be constructed in such a way that will interfere with the viewing of the exhibit next

to it.n) Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords to connect to the electricity provided.o) The NFA shall determine the placement of exhibits and reserves the right to move any exhibitor. p) The Exhibitor agrees to hold the NFA and all co-sponsoring organizations harmless of any liability.q) The NFA Expo has a "No Pets" policy.

Product Demonstration Exhibitor Policy:a) All NFA members wishing to have their product demonstrated at the NFA convention must also have a

trade show booth under the same name.b)c) Demo slots are only available on a first come, first served basis upon the NFA receiving your completed

registration form, and payment in full.d) All time slots and demo sequence will be determined by the NFA Safety Team.e) All 1.4g UN0336 fireworks product demos will be hand fired by the NFA Safety Team.f) All 1.4g fireworks product sent to the NFA for demonstration must fully comply with all applicable US

Department of Transportation rules and regulations.g) All Product must be shipped with it's Approval "E.X." number either listed on the carton or on the shipping

document.h) Clearly mark all 1.4G fireworks shipments for demo “FOR DEMO SITE”.i) The NFA Safety Team have the right to refuse to fire any product that they deem unsafe.j) All 1.1g, 1.3g and 1.4g UN0431 product demos must be transported, stored and fired by the exhibiting member

company upon obtaining prior approval from the NFA Safety Team.k) All product demos must comply with the appropriate NFPA regulations. l) Your Demo product list and requested shooting order must be sent to the NFA Safety Team

([email protected]) by July 20th or your product will not be demonstrated.m) A representative of the Exhibiting Company must report to the NFA Safety Team a day prior to your

scheduled demo to verify the product and shooting sequence or your product will not be demonstrated.n) No compressed gas devices may be used at an NFPA Expo product demonstration.
