Meanwhile in Belfast is the first AVPN Americas certified Pizzeria in Maine.

Meanwhile’s pizzas are made from a slow-rising sourdough (minimum 20hrs), and baked in handcrafted wood-burning oven made especially in Naples, Italy, by master artisans. The wood fire oven produces a heat of about 930F and pizzas take just a minute to bake! Other then pizzas, Meanwhile’s dishes are inspired from micro-regional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with plenty choices for vegetarians an vegans. Alessandro loves to bring culture and history of many plates onto the guests tables. He is proud to serve the food he grew up with and share it with the neighbors. Everything is made from scratch, sourdough crust, pasta, desserts and cocktails!
