Sponsor/Exhibitor Benefits and Features
This year, we are introducing our NEW APP to enhance the conference experience! Scan
delegate badges using your smartphone and participate in our new and exciting activities!
Lead Retrieval
With our lead retrieval feature, exhibitors have the option to turn their smartphones into a badge
scanner and control their own lead information. No paperwork, no hassle— just scan the delegate
badge, and their profile will pop up on the app!
Trivia Game
Replacing the passport, the trivia game will allow delegates to visit the Exhibit Hall and participate
in solving a puzzle. All delegates will be given a list of questions. They are to find the answers in
the Exhibit Hall while visiting the exhibitors for their answer and clue. Once they have answered
the question correctly, the delegate will receive a piece of the puzzle. The first delegate to solve
the puzzle wins!
Medal sponsors who purchase the lead retrieval feature will have the opportunity to scan delegate
badges for their information and engage in further conversation.
