STROLL ALONG THE CANALS OF THIS COLOURFUL PORT, SETE. Take a walk along the canals of

“the Venice of Languedoc” to see fishermen and townsfolk on their homemade boats going to

and from the market. From late spring to early autumn, the canals turn into friendly

battlegrounds for water jousting competitions, a very passionate tradition in Sète’s culture

that date back to 1666. Here, rival teams row towards one another and attempt to knock each

other into the canal using a long wooden lance, while hundreds of spectators cheer them on.

Settle in at one of the restaurants along the Quai de le Résistance or Quai Général Durand for

a meal of the freshest seafood of oysters, clams, and mussels you can possibly imagine plus a

front row seat to the full spectacle of Sète life.

WHAT ELSE CAN WE SAY ABOUT A VOYAGE TO MARVELOUS MARSEILLES An intriguing mix of

Napoléon left a huge mark on his hometown of Ajaccio. The diminutive dictator’s presence

Bonaparte, to museums like Salon Napoléonien, seaside statues, and street names. Art

lovers will want to head to the Palais Fesch Musée de Beaux Arts to see the largest

collection of Italian Renaissance Paintings in France (outside of the Louvre, of course). And

foodies should check out the main market on Boulevard du Roi Jerome for myrtle and plum

connected with this city is mind-boggling: Botticelli, Dante, Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Galileo.

Other colourful and fascinating characters were of dubious reputation: Machiavelli, and

the religious extremist Savonarola, with his bonfire of the vanities. For many years the city

was ruled by the powerful Medici family, patrons of the arts and bankers to the papacy,

whose line included six kings and two popes.

CRUISE TO PORTOFINO, ITALY, TO ENJOY THE CHARM OF YESTERYEAR AND SPECTACULAR VISTAS The old-fashioned seaside resort of Portofino, with its palm tree lined esplanade, has a

harbour catering to small yachts and a fishing fleet that can be seem unloading its catch opposite the morning market. It is also a take off point for trips to the Cinque Terre, that rugged

stretch of Italian Riviera coastline that features five quaint villages terracing down steep hillsides that overlook the sea. The difficulty of further development, and the fact that they are

reachable by footpath, train and boat, but not by road, means there are no modern intrusions on the area’s old-world charm and spectacular views.

Europe Offer – Save Up To 30% (21Aug 2017 – 28Sep 2017): Terms & Conditions

This promotion applies to new bookings and is applicable to the first and second guest only. Applicable to bookings made between 21 August and 28 September 2017 on selected European 2018 Azamara Club Cruises

voyages departing between 20 April and 29 September 2018. This promotion is a saving of up to 30% from the Voyage Fare of the first and second guest booked into the same stateroom. No other guests within the

stateroom will be eligible for the saving. The Voyage Fare includes standard meals on-board (excluding speciality dining for guests booked in a Club Balcony and below) and most entertainment onboard as well as

selected drinks, but excludes personal expenses (i.e. laundry), shore excursions, travel insurance, travel arrangements to and from the port and gratuities. Other add-ons and amenities including, but not limited to, air

fares, hotels and transfers are not included and will not be reduced as part of the Up To 30% saving promotion. Selected stateroom categories apply. Please check individual sailings details for full information. Pricing

is based on voyage only fares per person based on two people sharing the advertised stateroom (various categories) in GBP / EUR and inclusive of taxes, subject to availability. Price description ‘Europe Offers17’ must

be listed in the reservation at the time of booking. Offer applies to new individual stateroom bookings (unless as specified above) and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings named and fully deposited

during the Offer Period. Offer does not apply to incentive or contracted groups, single bookings and 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom, who will have to pay the full fare at the time of booking. Only one Offer per

stateroom. Offer may be combined with Early Booking Benefit, Back to Back Benefits, Onboard Booking Benefits and Le Club Voyage Quarterly Savings. Unless otherwise stated, Offer may not be combined with any

other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, Complimentary Nights, BPS Guarantee, Single Savings, Closed User Rates, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, Travel Agent Rates, and Net Rates: offer is available on

gross rated fares only. After the Offer Period, the Offer will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels and reinstates the booking, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking; certain

other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the Offer. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking & make a new booking. Bookings

Early Booking Bonus (EBB)

The Early Booking Bonus (EBB) of Onboard Credit (OBC) is per stateroom and available for new individual bookings when created at least 12 months (defined as 365 days) prior to sail date. OBC is per stateroom, in

USD, based on double occupancy, and varies by stateroom category ($300 for Club Interior and Club Oceanview, $400 for Club Balcony, $500 for Club Continent/Club Spa Suites, $1,000 for Club World Owner’s/Club

Ocean Suites). Price description EARLYBONUS must be listed in the reservation at the time of booking. OBC can only be used for on-board purchases (including shore excursions), has no cash value, is not redeemable

for cash, is non-transferable and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the voyage. OBC cannot be used in the casino or for future cruise bookings. If guests cancel their EBB booking and rebook

under any other offer, they will pay cancellation charges as per Booking Conditions and lose all EBB benefits. Early Booking Bonus is not available for contracted groups, charter bookings, and certain restricted fares

including, but not limited to, net rates. Single Occupancy bookings may be applicable to a reduced rate of OBC based on any Single Occupancy offer booked under.

Orient Express

Prices are based on the prevailing rate on 23rd August 2017. Based on two people sharing the leading category of stateroom available per cabin type and are ‘from’ prices. Price includes voyage fare and Orient Express

package fare only. Flights are at an additional cost.
