from the airport. Commencing with a Welcome and Networking

Reception on Sunday afternoon, followed by the formal plenary

proceedings Monday morning and finishing on Tuesday

afternoon.

• Non-Members: $15,500 (ex VAT)

• Additional Booth staff members: $850 (ex VAT) per person(2 maximum)

EXHIBITOR SPECSBooth Information:

• Booth size is fixed at 3m x 2m. Double booths (as illustrated in the photo on the right) and are charged at double the standard fee.

• Booth sizes are based on a standard shell scheme format

• Support for your booth equipment, branding, setup and tear down is available throughout - details will be provided once space is confirmed

• Shell scheme only is provided, furniture or other audio visual equipment however is not included in the fee, but such extras are available onrequest

• Booth will be set up and dressed based on materials supplied

• Full stand service is available for your exhibition on request

• Standard power supply is available to provide power for 2 devices only, but additional power is available on request

• Wi-Fi internet access is provided, hard wired internet access is available subject to your requirements (cost on application)

• No storage facilities are available within the space provided and all marketing materials can be stored for you

• Access is available from 09:00 on Sunday 28 October, 2018 with tear down scheduled to commence from 17:00 on Tuesday, 30 October,2018 (and completed by 21:00).

• Booth staff are responsible for shipping marketing materials
