Our special camps for young art lovers! Geared to those looking for a first art camp experience and who haven’t attended kindergarten yet.
June 25–29 ARTISTS & ANIMALS A multi-media week of artistic fun exploring famous artists and their creations that feature pets or favorite animals.
July 16–20 TIME TRAVELER ART We’ll look back through history at the artists and styles that were popular at different times. Lots of hands-on fun with so much as inspiration!
July 23–27 SCIENCE MEETS ART Explore how science and art are connected as you create your own artworks using a range of materials through unexpected use of science and experiments.
August 6-10 PHAROAHS & PYRAMIDSWow! Interesting buildings, secret treasures, dazzling jewels, royal adorn-ments and more in a multi-media week focused on ancient times.
August 13–17 EXPLORING 3-D Work with wire, wood, found objects, clay and fabric to make some robots, machines, and vehicles as well as sculptural 3-D artworks.
August 20–24 ELEPHANT & PIGGIE The ever-popular Mo Willems books will be your inspiration this week for projects featuring elephants, pigs and even a pigeon or two!
Explore hand-building techniques and learn how to use patterns and textures to decorate surfaces. All materials and time for glazing are included. Our returning and older students will be offered expanded options.

We’ll create an Art Alliance Museum of Modern Art this week complete with an art opening on Friday! Calder, Klee, Kahlo, Mondrian, Merida, Matisse and more.
Gather inspiration from famous artists throughout history to create your own masterpieces!
Explore and make art using tessellations, number patterns like the golden rectangle and Fibonacci, fractals, tangrams and MORE! Drawing, collage and painting.
Not just people faces! Learn how to draw the face (maybe even your own!) but also experiment with other ideas of portraiture. Think paint, sculpture, and paper mache.
Don’t miss our 2-day mini cultural experience where you will learn about Mexico’s festivals and famous artists, get to practice bits of the language, enjoy some foods and of course do artisan crafts!
From your imagination to the page and beyond! Create your own characters and bring them to life this week. Tell their story through sequential art, animation, puppetry and theatre games.

For middle school and high school students who want to experience a more intensive art experience upstairs in our adult studio. These sessions are taught by a professional artist.
Drawing foundation skills using direct observation will start the week off. Imagination and Creativity with Visual Play will follow and complete this week of drawing investigation.
This week will begin with a review drawing foundation skills and then we will explore new media with the introduction of non-traditional materials.

All art supplies and peanut-free snack are included in the fee.
Camps are limited to 12 students except preschool camp which is limited to 6 per session. We do keep a waitlist if a class fills up.
Full payment is required at time of registration unless special arrangements have been made with the office.
