Showcasing the leaders of tomorrow, the Future Chemists Workshop will feature a results-oriented challenge for up and coming cosmetic chemists. Augmenting this area will be the presentation theater that will feature the latest in sourcing and solutions - this is the must-visit area on the show floor! Food Court & Seating Area - Price: $5,000 TWO REMAIN! Everyone needs to eat! Food court sponsors will be showcased with signage including your company logo and booth number. Tabletop signage will also feature sponsor logos and booth numbers. (Maximum of three sponsorships available) Wake-up Hour - Price: $5,000 TWO REMAIN! Wake-up Hour sponsors will have coffee and light fare in an area/aisle close to their booth and end of day snacks to give the attendees that last boost of energy. Don’t miss the opportunity to network with attendees the first and last hours of each day of the show. (Maximum of five sponsorships available) Session Track Sponsor – Price: $7,500 Be listed as the presenting sponsor of a TRACK within NYSCC Suppliers’ Day Programming. Three tracks are available:

An individual from your organization will introduce the presenters within the track and you may make a recommendation of up to two presenters for inclusion in the program (to be confirmed by the NYSCC Program Committee). Meeting Room - Price: $4,000 3 RESERVED! Reserve a meeting room for intimate sales presentations, client breakfasts or lunches – or a spot to regroups with your staff daily! Initial room set, signage and listing in the show directory are included with the meeting room. Audio Visual and Catering must be ordered separately. (Limited sponsorships available) Presentation Theater – Price: $1,000/20 minute slot 4 RESERVED!

Badge Stock Insert - Price: $10,000 Every Suppliers' Day attendee and exhibitor is required to wear a name badge throughout all conference sessions and the exhibit hall. Insert your company message into the badge holder with a double-sided, full-color insert distributed onsite with all registrant’s badges! Inserts will have your company logo and can be used as a raffle ticket redeemable at your booth, a show special on a new product or service launch or any other marketing/promotional message. This sponsorship is the perfect tool to boost brand awareness AND drive traffic to your booth at the event! Produced by the Exhibitor/Supplier. This is an exclusive sponsorship.

Registration - Price: $15,000 RESERVED Display signage throughout the immediate registration area to increase your visibility during and after the show. Every attendee will see your name, logo and booth number as they pick up their badges and show materials before walking the show floor. Sponsors also have to opportunity to distribute branded pens at registration. This is an exclusive sponsorship. Tote Bags (one logo/side) - Price: $10,000 (Both sides $15,000) RESERVED Reach attendees with your logo prominently displayed on each attendee tote bag. Bags will be handed out at registration to all attendees. After the show, most attendees bring their bags home and carry them for their personal use, increasing impressions for your brand off the trade show floor. We produce for sponsor. (Maximum of two sponsorships available) Lanyards - Price: $12,000 RESERVED Reach attendees with your logo prominently displayed on each attendee lanyard. sponsorship offer across multiple platforms to maximize your potential for huge ROI. The sponsorship includes: cooperative

banner in registration, registered attendee newsletters, online exhibitor listing upgrade. (Maximum of ten sponsorship

opportunities.)

SIGNAGE & SPLASH BRANDING

Aisle Signs - Price: $8,000 RESERVED

As an aisle sign sponsor, your company name and booth number will be represented throughout the exhibit hall. This is an

extremely effective way to drive attendees to your booth. (Maximum of three sponsorship opportunities, 5-7 aisle signs

available.)

Registration/Mezzanine Banners - Price: $10,000

The ultimate in visibility! Brand yourself with a banner hanging in the mezzanine and visible to all!. Let attendees know and see

your booth number before they enter the show floor. Sponsor provides materials; weight cannot exceed 400 lbs. Exact

dimensions and prime registration location areas will be confirmed with agreement. Pricing includes all labor,

installation/dismantle. (Six opportunities available, 2 different sizes.)

Street Pole Banner Advertising- Price: $7,500 RESERVED

20 banners are available in prime Convention Center locations. Banners appear three weeks leading up to the event, and the

week of the show. This offers unmatched exposure before and during the event. Produced by Intersection. (Maximum of two

sponsorships available, 10 banners each.)

Floor Decals - Price: $10,000 TWO REMAIN!

A trail of sponsor-branded footprints affixed to the show floor will lead attendees from the main exhibit hall entrance directly

to your booth! This is the perfect way to highlight your brand outside of your booth while literally directing attendee traffic to

your sales team. Simple yet powerful, the footprints are always a hit with attendees and consistently help the sponsor stand

out amongst hundreds of exhibitors on the show floor. (Maximum of three sponsorship opportunities.)

WIFI Sponsorship - Price: $15,000

Without question, every attendee will see you! The WIFI password is branded with your company name and users will be

brought to a landing page (pre and post-show) designated by you.

Shuttle Bus Sponsorship - Price: $10,000

Have a captive audience as attendees come to the JKJCC! Making rounds to all designated hotels and specific pick up locations

for ease of travel to the show. This is an unmatched opportunity with branding on the bus, on signage at the show, and on the

shuttle schedule.

How to Get Noticed The 2018 Suppliers Day website houses the official exhibitor directory, floor plan, and

show planner attendees use to find new products and services while planning their visit

to the show. It is a complete resource for exhibitor information that is updated in real

time before, during, and after the show.

VISIBILITY Create a competitive advantage by moving your company to the top of search results when attendees search

for keywords and product categories relevant to your booth. In addition, you can highlight your booth on the

floor plan and strategically locate content for maximum visibility. Regardless of how big or small your booth is, or

where it’s located, it’s easy to standout online.

CONTENT Our model allows you to upload your company logo, product images, descriptions, press releases, and videos to

the event website. Three out of four attendees have already decided which exhibitors they want to see before

they even get to the show, so this is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to ensure your

booth is on their list. Our Exhibitor Dashboard allows you to upload, edit, delete and refresh your advertising

content as often as you like throughout the show cycle.
