OUR WORKThe Highline Schools Foundation unites community support for

innovative and equitable learning across Highline Public Schools.

We distributed more almost $175,000 in grants to Highline teachers and staff for innovative projects that improve student learning.

OUR IMPACT

Our Graduate! Highline funding helped Highline increase graduation rates to 81.1% in 2018, a 19% jump since 2013.

We provided basic needs through Project NOW (food for nearly 500 students and families to eat in the evenings and on weekends), Back to School Resource Fairs (more than 2,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for students to use in the classroom), and Kicks for Kids (600+ pairs of athletic shoes so students participate in recess and PE.)

We awarded over $204,000 in post-secondary scholarships to help graduates pursue higher education at technical, 2 and 4-year colleges.
