CEMCON PLASTERCEMCON Plaster is a cement-based ready mix plaster, to carry out traditional plastering works in a clean and speedy manner, while keeping a homogeneous mix. Due to its content in additives, it allows better workability and curing

SCOPE OF USECEMCON Plaster is particularly recommended for application by spraying machine. These machines can be supplied by our company.

It may be applied on walls or ceilings on the following substrates: • Concrete blocks, bricks, etc… • Fair faced concrete. • Prefabricated concrete. • Traditional cement-based plaster.

CEMCON RUSH COATCEMCON Rush Coat is a single component, polymer modified cement based plaster rush coat. It provides mechanical key for subsequent applications of the cement-based products like plasters. Its prime usage is to roughen the smooth concrete surfaces and ceilings prior to the application over coat system.

USESUsed as a dry pre-mixed mineral based bonding coat to apply on smooth concrete walls and ceilings. Used to provide a mechanical key for subsequent layers of cement and gypsum based plasters.

CEMCON WALL PUTTYCEMCON DRY WALL PUTTY is White Cement based putty for cement plastered walls and ceiling. CEMCON WALL PUTTY is used to fill the uneven surfaces of cement plastered walls and concrete walls. Application of Wall Putty provides smooth and strong finish to the walls for further application of all kinds of paints. The smooth finish gives better look to interiors and exteriors.

CEMCON TILEFIX (100)CEMCON TileFix (100) is a polymer modified cement-based adhesive used for permanent fixing of tiles. It is ready to use with addition of water.

USESSubstrate should be sound, clean and free from dirt, dust, laitance and all loosely adhering particles. Absorbent cement-based surfaces should be thoroughly saturated with water to achieve surface saturated dry condition.

Integrated waterproofing solutionsTiles and natural stone finishes are often used in wet areas including showers, swimming pools and water features because of their low water absorption and ease of cleaning. So, it is important that the appropriate waterproof coating is applied under the tile or stone finish to protect the substrate and reduce the risk of consequential damage to furniture or equipment in rooms below.

AdhesivesWhen it comes to adhesives, selecting the most appropriate type for the tile or natural stone is not only crucial to ensure that the adhesion performance and durability is up to the demands of the project but also to ensure that the adhesive will not change the appearance of the tiles or natural stone. The MasterTile range is locally formulated for good workability and high performance in Middle East conditions. Included in our range are adhesives to exceed both ANSI and BS EN 12004 requirements.

GroutsOur MasterTile grout range includes high performance, latex modified, fine textured, cementitious and premium quality epoxy resin products in a variety of colours to complement (or contrast with) your tiles and natural stone choices. We have grouts suitable for all tiling and natural stone projects within our MasterTile grout range, locally formulated and produced for high performance and good workability in the Middle East climate.

Joint SealantsThe MasterSeal range of elastomeric, silicone joint sealants offer the highest performance for a wide range of applications including: domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional bathrooms, kitchens and wet rooms.
