FAQHow soon will I have access to my presentations? After you place your order, you will receive an email from Playback ACHI which includes your login information to access your Playback account. Once you log in, you will have access to stream or download your recordings as soon as they are available. Most sessions will be available 24–48 hours after they occur. To access your online recordings, you MUST always login to your account.

When will I have access to the handouts or reference materials?Presenter handouts will be available online 7–10 days after the conference.

What are other advantages to the USB Flash Drive? The USB Flash Drive includes the Audio MP3 files, Video MP4 files, and the handouts, for easy transfer. The Flash Drive is menu based so all you need to do is plug and play. Flash drives will also play MP3 audio files on cars with USB inputs.

Can I download the entire packages? You may download every presentation one-at-a-time. The USB Flash Drive in the Works Package makes moving all the presentations easy with a single copy and paste.
