P4 A/S Touring Purchases counts toward Reward Rate

Dealers earn quarterly rewards

based on the product category,

starting at only 48 units per quarter. In the case of a Common Owner Group,

quarterly rewards will be based on the

combined unit totals for each product category

divided by each Enrolled Location to arrive at

the quarterly units achieved per location.

Unit level requirements are per-enrolled location, paid quarterly via EFT/ACH

Pirelli Tires sold at retail. Associate must

submit a W9 form, and complete

selected learning modules in the Pirelli

Tire Campus™ e-learning training system.

Dealer Benefits – Growth Rewards

Minimum of 48 TIRES PER QUARTER

UNIT GROWTH OVER PREVIOUS YEAR

Dealers who purchase 48 tires or more per

quarter will be eligible to earn Annual Growth

Rewards provided their purchases grow over the

previous year

&

5% or more over

Dealers who grow at least 10% will earn $1.50

Dealer Trips include an all-inclusive 5 day / 4 night stay, and round trip airfare. All attendees must be 21 or over.

Travel reward rate is earned at Common Owner level.

No alternatives, cash or other substitutions will be offered for trip rewards
