APPLICATION FOR EXHIBIT SPACE AND GUIDELINES
Applica on for space must be made on the ISBA Exhibit Applica on and Agreement Form
located on the following page. Please return the completed applica on by October 14,
2019 to the ISBA offices. Upon acceptance, a copy of the agreement will be returned to
each exhibitor as a receipt for assigned space. The ISBA reserves the right to determine
the eligibility of exhibit space.
The ISBA shall not be responsible to exhibitors for damages, losses and/or claims from any cause whatever that may arise from exhibitor’s par cipa on in the 2019 ISBA Family Law Seminar.
All exhibit materials must conform to the fire regula ons and electrical codes of the exhibit area.
All packing materials and containers must be removed from the floor and aisles.
No exhibit may protrude into the aisle or block the view of neighboring exhibits.
Exhibitor’s printed materials may be distributed within the assigned booth area only. Any materials ISBA considers objec onable will not be allowed to be distributed.
You must staff the booth for all posted exhibit hall hours. All exhibit staff must be properly badged. No exhibitor will be permi ed to dismantle prior to the official close of the show. Please use the a ached applica on form to iden fy the names of your representa ves who will be in your booth. We will have their badges ready when they arrive.
The ISBA shall not be liable for any electrical service failure, but shall use good faith efforts to seek resolu on of any electrical problems that might occur during the exhibit show.
Raffles and drawings will be permi ed and are strongly encouraged to increase traffic to your booth. Vendors will be contacted by the ISBA asking if they plan to provided prizes during the 2019 Family Law Seminar.
♦Cancella ons by an exhibitor must be made be received by the ISBA on or before October 16, 2019. Cancella ons received by the ISBA on or before October 16, 2019, en tles the exhibitor to a refund, less a $100 administra ve fee. Cancella ons received a er that date en tle the ISBA to keep all monies received from the exhibitor.
♦The ISBA cannot guarantee against loss, fire and damage. ISBA’s insurance policies to not provide coverage for exhibitor’s protec on. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property through insurance or self‐insurance.
Exhibitors shall be responsible for making their exhibit accessible to persons with disabili es as required by the Americans with Disabili es Act.

Please contact the ISBA offices if you are interested in being a break sponsor on either Thursday or Friday.
Package include the following:
⇒1 page ad in gray scale in printed materials and 1 page ad in color in the electronic materials.
⇒Sponsor will receive a sign in the break area recognizing their sponsorship.
⇒Their booth will be placed next to the break area.
⇒The cost for the break sponsorship includes the price of the booth space.
⇒Electric supply for your booth will be included.
⇒You will receive preconference mailing list 2 weeks out from conference and also a post conference mailing list including any walk‐in attendees.
LUNCH SPONSORSHIP
Price $1000 Please contact the ISBA offices if you are interested in being a Lunch sponsor on either Thursday or Friday.
Package include the following:
2 page ad in gray scale in printed materials and 2 page ad in color in the electronic materials.
Sponsor will receive a sign in the lunch area recognizing their sponsorship.
They will be given a pick of high traffic booth areas.
Lunch sponsors will be acknowledged during the program and introduced from the podium before the last presentation before lunch.
You will receive pre‐conference mailing list 2 weeks out from conference and also a post conference mailing list including any walk‐in attendees.
The cost for the lunch sponsorship includes the price of the booth space.
Electric supply for your booth will be included
Vendor logo will be placed on the electronic materials page including vendor contact information.
1 week ad in the Iowa Lawyer Weekly.
