• Drop-off details & options• Carline – Follow attached map and traffic pattern. • Front Gate – Parents must park in the gravel parking lot in front of school. Follow traffic pattern• Instructional Day begins at 8:00 AM.• Drop off begins at 7:40 AM. Students go to Champions Care (fee-based) if dropped off before this time.• Students may enter through the front gate (walk up) or back gate (carline).• If a student arrives after 8:00 AM, he/she must enter through the front gate. Parents must sign their
child in if arrival is after 8:10 AM
• Pickup details & options (pay attention to designated areas/gates)• Carline – Follow attached map and traffic pattern. • Front Gate – Parents must park in the gravel parking lot in front of school and w. Follow traffic pattern• For front gate pickup only, signs with letters will be posted along the fence in alphabetical order (last name).
Please walk up and pick up child from designated gate. See attached Parent Pickup map. • Be alert and drive carefully. Children are crossing.
• Pickup ends at 2:53 sharp
• If pickup will be after 2:55, we ask that parents enroll their children in Champions Care

• If you wish to meet with a staff member please notify them by email to schedule an appointment.
•No early dismissal after 2:10 pm.
• Lost and found will be in the MPR.
•Please email the front office by 9:00 am if your child will be absent for the day ([email protected])

• Messages and Phone Calls• Parents often call the school to leave a message for
their child. A message to a student involves classroom disruption, use of clerical time, and a possible violation of the Federal Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If parents need to contact their child, please come to the office and provide proof of identification. There is no way for us to verify over the phone the legal parent or guardian; therefore, phone messages cannot be delivered. If there is a true emergency, please contact the office.

• Student Deliveries • Due to the frequent number of delivery requests during school
hours, parents are asked to avoid bringing items to be delivered to students.
• Students are encouraged to take responsibility for bringing necessary items to school, such as homework, projects, supplies, PE clothes, and lunch.
• Deliveries of birthday gifts such as balloons, cakes, flowers, etc., will not be allowed.

• Birthday Parties• Birthdays – Birthday parties will be held once a month by grade level.
• All students with birthdays during that month will be celebrated.
• A Signup Genius will be sent out for parent participation.
• Administration will designate the day.

• Lunch Deliveries & Lunch Time• Lunch deliveries – Parents must refrain from dropping off late
lunches for their child at the front office.
• Fast food will NOT be permitted in the lunchroom during lunch time, due to National School Lunch Program (NSLP) regulations.
• Parents and guests are welcome to volunteer in the lunchroom during lunch.
• Parents are welcome to sign out their child if they would like to have lunch with them.

• A telephone is available for students at the front office for emergencies only.
• Parents/guardians need to bring medication to the front office and fill out a Medication Directions form. It MUST be prescribed.
• Students may not carry any type of medication with them, including inhalers, cough drops, etc.
• Please make sure the Front office has your current address, phone numbers, and email address.
• Visitors need to check in at the Front Office. Valid state or federal ID required.
• All visitors must carry a visitors’ name badge while on campus.
• Volunteers must have prior approval from a staff member/administrator to be at school
• Anyone wishing to volunteer at the school must be fingerprinted and have background clearance through the school. All other forms background clearance will not be accepted. See front office for paperwork.

• Maroon uniform top (K-5). Royal blue uniform top (6-8)
• Navy uniform bottoms (K-5). Khaki uniform bottoms (6-8)
• Girls: Pants, skorts/jumpers and shorts no more than 3 inches above the knee. Only pants or shorts are permitted for middle school.
• Boys: Uniform slacks or shorts only: proper size, proper fit
• Black, gray, or blue closed toe shoes; proper athletic shoes for PE
• White, Navy Blue, or Black Socks/Tights (no designs)• Tights/leggings cannot be worn as pants. Must be worn with uniform
bottom.
