One Solution for Every Workflow

INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

REDUCE COSTS

IMPROVE PATIENT INTERACTIONS

Our workflow options

Time spent on EHR documentation has risen drastically, but as a physician, you shouldn’t have to do all the administrative work. With our mobile efficiency solutions, we can help you to reduce the time spent on documentation and help you re-focus on what’s most important: your patients.

Generate 25% more revenue and save 2 hours per day by eliminating hours of administrative and after clinic hours documentation.

Eliminate your documentation burden and cut costs rather than having highly-paid physicians spend their time as data-entry clerks.

SPEECH-TO-TEXTWith the speech-to-text option, a mobile device will capture the dictation and immediately transfer the data into your EHR system. You also have the ability to input orders, diagnoses and templates.

TRANSCRIPTIONUsing the transcription option, a mobile device will capture the dictation, which is securely sent to a service center for editing. Upon completion, the data is automatically returned into specific sections of the note (HPI, PE, Assessment, Plan, etc.).

VIRTUAL SCRIBEWith the virtual scribe option, simply record the patient encounter using your preferred mobile device (iPhone, Apple Watch). Our virtual scribes will create the note in full and insert any other required templates. Final review and sign off by the provider takes place in the EHR.

Bring your focus back to the patient to improve each individual experience as well as patient retention.

Why do providers need anew way to drug test?

FACT CHECK♦ Many insurance companies have medical policies that require a presumptive (qualitative) test as a pre-condition to deeming definitive/quantitative testing medically necessary.

♦ The need for a different solution is obvious: medical providers need drug testing that embraces payor coverage policies while also answering the provider’s questions, protecting the patient, and reducing the cost of laboratory testing.

♦ The most common presumptive (qualitative) test is performed on a cup or analyzer - both use enzyme immunoassay (EIA) technology, which has significant limitations: ♦ High cutoffs (false negatives) ♦ Cross reactivity (false positives) ♦ Lack of specific drugs and metabolites (unanswered questions)

♦ A medical provider must then choose to ♦ Abide by the payor’s policy and order standard EIA testing at the risk of making clinical decisions based on potentially unreliable EIA test results, OR ♦ Ignore payor policy and instead order confirmation testing of a robust panel of the drugs, at the risk of burdening patients with higher healthcare costs and exposing the medical practice to potential loss of patients and payor contracts.

Come to the booth to find out the Answer.
