Welcome to myloan.homebridge.com, the new HomeBridge mortgage-loan management system!

This guide contains all the information you need to register, add your first loan, and get started

managing your loan or loans.

• You NEED TO REGISTER for the new site, even if you’re registered on the old site

• Make sure you have your LOAN ID #handy (also called the loan account number; you can find this on your paper statement)

• Make sure you have ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL (you will need this to verify your new account profile)

You can USE YOUR SMARTPHONE to manage your loan

anywhere you have an internet connection

You can now AUTOMATICALLY SAVE your payment information to your profile, when you make a one-time payment

This section helps you ENROLL and SET UP your profile.

• Go to MYLOAN.HOMEBRIDGE.COM

• On the LOGIN page: Click the ENROLL NOW button

• On the REGISTER page:• Type your first and last name (and your

middle initial, if you have one)

• Type your email address

• Click the I’m not a robot box (you might have to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge)

• Click the NEXT button (this takes you to the REGISTER page)

* If you are a SECONDARY BORROWER, you can follow the same steps to register and add a loan.

• On the Register page• Type a password that contains at least the following:• 8 characters• 1 lowercase character• 1 uppercase character• 1 digit• 1 special character

• Click the Terms and Conditions link to review them

• Click the I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions box, if you agree

• Click the Register button (this takes you to the Registration Successful page)

• Check your email (check your junk mail folder if you don’t see an Account Created message in your inbox)

• In the Account Created message:• Click the link provided under Please click

here to confirm your email address.If clicking the link doesn’t work, copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar.

• You’ll be taken to a thank you page, where you choose security questions to help recover your account profile, if you ever forget your password.

• On the Thank you for confirming your email address page:

• Type your password in the Confirm Password box

• Complete your security questions (repeat this step at least four times, so you have a total of at least four security questions):

• Select a security question and type the answer in the Answer box

• Click the Add button

• Click the Complete Registration button (this will take you to the Account Enrollment page)

This section helps you LINK YOUR ACCOUNT to your profile.

On the Account Enrollment page:

• Add YOUR INFORMATION as it appears on your loan• Type your first name on the First Name line• Type your middle initial on the Middle Initial line,

if you have one• Type your last name on the Last Name line

• Type your loan account number on the Account Number line

• Type the zip code associated with the loan on the Zip Code line

• Type your social security number on the Social Security Number line

• Click the Submit button (this takes you to the Account Detailspage)
