Shivansh Kulshrestha (X-E) selected for MIT Launch

Shivansh Kulshrestha of Class 10th E has been selected for MIT (Massachusetts Institute of

Technology) LaunchX summer program on scholarship. LaunchX is one of the most selective

summer course program for aspiring high school students interested in entrepreneurship. He's the

youngest to be selected from India at age 14.

Business conclave All India Business Conclave (AIBC) organized an online business conclave on 11th October,

2020. Kirti Singh of class XII-I was declared as the winner of the conclave. She was allotted the

corporate 'Udaan' for the duration of the conclave. A total of 20 corporate house, from all over

India, participated in the event.

REPORT OF RAZZMATTAZ 2020, WESTERN MUSIC COMPETITION

Our school Band IRUS participated in Razzmattaz 2020 western music competition organized by Amity

International School Pushp Vihar on 25th September 2020.

SHUBHANG MUNJAL- XI won the first prize in Piano solo Instrumental.

GARIMA BARUAH-XII won the second prize in Solo Singing.

Online Luminaire-2020 Mother's International School organised Luminaire, an online inter-school event on on 11th August 2020. Zaina Fatima of class 9G participated in "Raconte-moi une histoire", an online french story telling competition and was awarded the 1st prize. Shriya Pant participated in Online Sanskrit Bhashan Pratiyogita ( Sanskrit Declamation) and bagged 1st prize. DPS Vasant Kunj won Overall Winner’s Rolling Trophy.

Crescendo-online 2020

Our school Band IRUS participated in Crescendo 2020, an annual Inter- School western music competition organized by Amity International School Mayur Vihar on 12th August 2020. Solo Singing Category: Garima Baruah class XII accompanied by Shubhang Munjal class XI won the IInd prize. Original Band composition category: Our school Band IRUS won the Ist prize. Columban Fest 2020

Irus, school music band of DPS Vasant Kunj participated in Columban Fest 2020 (online) organised by St.

Columbus School on 25th July’2020 .

Garima Baruah of class 12 - L (singer) along with Shubhang Munjal of 11- C (track/piano) won the first

prize in the Solo Singing Category.

DPS, Rohini organised an online Inter School Maths Competition "VORTEX " on 22nd

and 23rd June 2020. Vagish Nangia and Vedanta Neogi secured first position in

"Crossword " event .

Kavya Chopra and Arihant secured second position in "Problem Solving"competition. They received Amazon Gift Vouchers worth Rs.500 and Rs.300 respectively. They will also be receiving e- certificates once the school reopens. DPS, Vasant Kunj was declared as the overall winners.
