1. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL CODES.

2. INSTALLATION SHALL BE BY AN EC OR EF LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL SYSTEM. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A COMPLETE PACKAGE OF SHOP DRAWINGS PER FBC 907.1.2, FIRE ALARM SHOP DRAWINGS, PER APPLICABLE CODES AND AHJ.

3. PROVIDE A COMPLETE DEMONSTRATION FOR LOCAL FIRE MARSHAL AND OWNERS' REPRESENTATIVES.

4. SUBMIT FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES/ STANDARDS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY AHJ.

5. ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE UL LISTED FOR FIRE ALARM SERVICE AND FOR OPERATION AS A SYSTEM.

6. CABLE SHALL BE UL LISTED FOR POWER LIMITED OR NON-POWER LIMITED FOR FIRE PROTECTIVE SIGNALING SYSTEMS, MINIMUM OF #16 AWG.

7. SMOKE DETECTORS UL LISTED FOR USE IN AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS SHALL BE LOCATED DOWN STREAM OF THE AIR FILTERS AND AHEAD OF ANY BRANCH CONNECTIONSIN THE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. PROVIDE REMOTE ALARM, TEST, AND RESET STATION FOR AIR HANDLING UNITS LOCATED IN EQUIPMENT STORAGE ROOM, 80"AFF.
