PFX - MOVEX’S NEW PLASTIC COMPOUND

PFX is a plastic compound developed specific for chain and belts in order to run with limited lubrication or in dry applications where the demands are extreme concerning speed, performance & efficiency.

PFX is developed to reduce the friction between chain and product as well as chain and wearstrips even if no lubrication is used.

Also developed to avoid dusting under these extreme circumstances.The consistent quality of this material assures a continuous low friction with a high strength resulting in longer wear-life.

The value added properties of the new PFX material, contribute to a better control of total cost and sustainable conveyor technology.

Movex Curves are designed to offer better conveyor performance. Suitable for steel and plastic chains, our curves are produced with computer controlled machi-nes with a smooth chain guide surface.

Available in different materials and designs:• UHMW-PE (standard applications)• BluLub (limited or no lubrications)• RS (high performance)• and the new RS Pro (Super Magnetic RS Curve)

RS Pro is a patented system with a special return section-plate providing a total support of the chain or belt in the return of the curve.

RS Pro can be used for chains as well as chain-belts. Depending on the installation of the return-section pla-te, the correct space is created in the return.

RS Pro means longer wearlife of chain and curve, lower maintenance cost and better performance! Suitable for Chain-belts & Plastic chains: 260 M & 880 M
