Thank you for being part of our 2020 vConference, we are excited by the prospect of being able to connect as a Network in a unique and innovative way.

In this pack we will take you through how to navigate your way around our vConference Platform.

Please note:

All internet browsers excluding Internet Explorer will work for our conference.

For our WGIB Brokers please do not access the conference from your RDP.

Internet Connection

Your internetBefore we begin, it is important that you have strong stable internet connection and you have opened your preferred internet browser.

You will also need a camera and microphone attached to your laptop for engaging with our network, sponsors and guests.

Preferred internet browsers:• Chrome• Firefox• Microsoft Edge

NOTE: if they are installed, these programs will be listed when you select the window icon or will be listed as a shortcut at the bottom of your screen.

Also, Internet Explorer will not work for our conference.Start

Logging in

Using your login credentials which have been set up for you,

1. Navigate to our website -https://cbnconference.vfairs.com/en/

2. Select the login button on the top of the screen

3. Enter your email address

Your login details are unique and cannot be shared.

We recommend anyone in your office who would like to attend registers – it is free. This will allow them to experience our vConference in their own way.

External Lobby

After logging in you will enter our external lobby.

A pop up Welcome Video will appear giving instructions on how to enter our vConference.

Internal Lobby

Welcome to our Internal Lobby, here you will find access to all of our areas including:

1. The Auditorium

2. The Marketplace

3. The Networking Lounge

4. The Resource Centre; and

5. The Information Desk

6. You can also select any of our Community Partner logos for quick access to their stand.

Shortcut Bar

At the top of every page is our shortcut bar. Using this bar you can quickly access each of our spaces:

1. The Lobby – your entry point to all our spaces.

2. The Auditorium, sponsored by HCi – for entry to our sessions and our Awards, sponsored by NTI.

3. The Marketplace, sponsored by VERO – for entry to our sponsors.

4. The Networking Lounge, sponsored by MECON – access is available all day to network with your peers, CBN Staff and our Sponsors. From 3:30 pm MECON will have Underwriting Experts available to answer your questions.

5. The CBN Games Room – our games page – lots of fun for our Network.

6. The Resource Library – where you will find all the documentation listed by our sponsors.

7. The Swag Bag – add sponsor documentation to your swag bag and email it at the end of the day.

8. The Information Desk – where to get any event and technical help on the day.
