The Antiques Fair of Arezzo
The Antiques Fair of Arezzo is the oldest and largest on the national territory and has been held continuously since 1968 every first Sunday of the month and previous Saturday, in Piazza Grande and in the streets of the historic city center. In his conception and organization, the Arezzo antiquarian Ivan Bruschi was inspired by the famous open-air markets of Portobello in London and the Flea Market in Paris. The Fair entertains its visitors with a great variety of objects that make up the historical heritage of our identity, giving enthusiasts and professionals the pleasure of the "trouvaille", or the discovery and research of the rare or curious piece. Hundreds of exhibitors offer to thousands of visitors from all over the world their art objects, furniture, jewelry and bijoux, watches, books and antique prints, scientific and musical instruments, toys, old-fashioned linen and all kinds of collectibles. But not only ... for those who are not fond of antiquity, the Fair offers a vast assortment of modern antiques, vintage and quality craftsmanship.
