Welcome to Wenzao IBA Department. Wenzao is an
international University and provides many plentiful
curriculums and activities. We expect students taking
advantage of university life to study hard and explore

國際事業暨跨文化管理研究所承襲國際企業管理系之
教育目標，將教育目標聚焦為「培養具備優秀英語能
力之國際事業與跨文化管理主管人才」，並將課程特
色設計為：「全人教育」、「國際事業專業」及「跨
文化管理專業」等三大主軸。
Graduate Institute of International Business and Intercultural
Management inherits the educational goals of the Department of
International Business Administration and focuses on “cultivating
international business and cross-cultural management talents with
excellent English skills”. Our courses are designed and contained
three themes, including “Whole Person Education” "International
Business Professionalism” and “Cross-cultural management."

1. 本所畢業最低學分為35學分，其中包括：
必修課程23學分
選修課程至少12學分（含所訂選修課程至少9學分）
2. 本所畢業門檻
碩士論文寫作
英文檢定
（大學校院英語檢定能力測驗260分或相等於同等
級之英語檢定，或參與英文替代課程）
3. 申請本所「碩士三方學程」之學生，畢業最低學
分為36學分，其中包括：
• 「碩士三方學程」課程30學分（課程規劃表請
見手冊第9頁）
• 所訂之必、選修課程至少6學分。
4. 申請碩士學位考試前，須通過「文藻外語大學學
術倫理教育課程實施要點」所訂之學術倫理教育

Master Program regulations

1. Total credits for graduation are 35, including:
institute core 23 credits
institute elective 12 credits
2. Requirement for graduation:
• Master thesis writing
• English proficiency (CSEPT Level II 260 or equivalent)
3. Students participated in the Tripartite Program need to
fulfill minimum 36 credits for graduation, including:
• 30 credits from Tripartite program
• Other 6 credits from core or electives.
4. Students who wish to apply for the Master’s Degree exam
must take and pass the academic ethics education course
according to the “Regulations Governing the
Implementation of the Academic Research Ethics
Education Course” and apply for it following the time
specified by the University.

本所定位為培養具備跨文化管理能力之國際商業主管人才，因此題目的制定與論文的撰寫，均以此一目標為前提，本所國際化相關議題碩士論文如下：
Our institute is positioned to cultivate international business
executives with cross-cultural management skills. Therefore, the

本研究所與法國里爾天主教大學的國際商學院及俄羅斯伊曼紐爾康德
波羅的海聯邦大學的歐洲商學院，共同簽訂碩士三方學程。此學程自
109學年度起更改為第一學期在俄羅斯上課、第二學期在文藻上課、
第三學期在法國上課，第四學期回到文藻上課並完成碩士論文。修畢
此學程研究生可獲得三方學校共同署名之學程證明。
※ 研究生若參加此碩士三方學程，可抵免一學年(30學分)課程；研究
生若選擇不參加碩士三方學程，則依原所訂科目學分表修課
Our institute has signed the Master Tripartite Program with the French ESTICE
International Business School of Lille Catholic University and the Russian European
Business School of Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. This program runs
from October to June every year, containing 24 weeks intensive courses (First
semester in Russia, second semester in Taiwan, third semester in France and come
back to Taiwan at last semester). Students completed this program can obtain the
diploma signed by three universities. For students choosing to participate and
complete this tripartite program, they are able to get 30 credits in one academic year.
Other students choosing not to participate this program, they will take regular courses
on campus.

本所每年定期舉辦海外研習活動，學生到國外進行一到二周的參訪，可以了解各國的人文風情與企業運作，藉此增加國際經驗與國際視野。近年舉辦之研習活動如下: The Institute conducts overseas study activities every year. Students can
visit the foreign countries for one to two weeks to learn about the
humanities and business operations of each country. Students are able to
increase international experience, vision, and mindset. The study activities
held in recent years are as follows:
