Coaching is delivered online via ZOOM so you can be located anywhere. Calls can be recorded so that you can refer back to them whenever youwish.

1 x monthly call that is a 'partnering call' where we business partner onwhatever is required within your HR remit.1 x monthly call that is just 'you time', focusing on your goals and actionplans within the context of your aspirations and current situation.

If you are responsible for HR delivery in your role and you want a coach withHR expertise that you can problem solve real life HR specific issues with, thisis a great option for you.

Partnering Coaching provides you with a combination program. Just like ourregular coaching program, we create a plan that's just right for you, buthere's what is different...

We keep these calls separate because we know how important it is todedicate focused time to your own development.

So that is two calls per month, plus weekly email or voxer check in betweencoaching sessions.

2. DEVELOPMENT COACHING FOR HRAre you a leader who wants to develop your HR team but simply don't havethe time that you need to do be able to dedicate to it?

Let us help you with the ongoing development of your HR team. We love coaching HR practitioners to build great Business Partners andleaders, with a commmercial focus and we love giving HR leads more timeto impact their organisations.

How does it work?

We work with you to agree the objectives and parameters before engagingwith your team member(s).

We use either a development plan that's already been created by you andyour team member, or we can co-create or guide the creation of a newdevelopment plan with measurable milestones and outcomes.

We then work with the HR team member to understand their perspectives,barriers and aspirations and together we put actions behind the plan sothat they can achieve the desired outcome. We leverage the most relevantresources to help them succeed, whether these are internal or externalresources.

Development Coaching involves regular check ins with you on the progressof the plan.

Ideal for early to mid career professionals, this outcome focused program isdesigned to foster the ongoing learning of your HR team members inwhatever areas they need most, so that you can have peace of mind.

Due to individual tailoring, pricing is by proposal after an initial freeconsultation on requirements.

As your coach I  will use diplomacy and straight talk to gently encourage you..
