Sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment ofMr. Imran Afzal S/o Late Sgct Mohammad Afzal No 43/P Rio Fazalabad,Surankote, District Poonch, as Constable, in the Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- (Pre-revised) in the J&K Police, interms of Rule 7 of SRO-43 of 1994 read with SRO-376 of 2017 dated 11-09-2017.

The appointee shall report to the Director General of Police, J&K,within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order and shallbe allowed to join only after production of the following documents/certificates in original:-

1. Academic Qualification certificate.2. Age and Health Certificate.3. State Subject Certificate.4. Certificate from the General Manager, DIC concerned and

Deputy Director, Employment concerned to the effect thatno Loan under Self Employment Schemes has been takenby him.

If, on verification, the certificates produced by the appointeeare proved fake or forged, the appointment shall be treated to have beencancelled ab-initio.

The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed tohim unless satisfactory report about the verification of his Character andAntecedents is received from the Additional Director General of Police,CID, J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the PHQ. The applicantshall also furnish an affidavit to the effect that if(case any adverse reportabout his Character and Antecedents is received from the AdditionalDirector General of Police, CID, J&K, heshall have no right to claim theappointment and his appointment as a Constable in the Police Departmentshall be deemed to have been cancelled ab- initio.
