Terms and Conditions

All reservations require a non-refundable £10 per person deposit at time of booking with full payment being required by 31st October 2021. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Receipt of the deposit constitutes a binding contract between the hotel and client. Any amendments to bookings should be confirmed in writing.

All additional sundries will need to be settled on departure. Unless otherwise stated, wines and beverages will be charged accordingly.

If you are paying on behalf of a group please send one bank transfer or arrange payment by one card. We are unable to accept individual payments for groups.

Full pre-payment is required by 31st October 2021. Bookings will be released without notice if the full payment is not received on time. Please note all payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre-order drinks) are non-refundable or transferable, and cannot be used towards any other products The Inn At Charlestown

In the event that any Christmas function is cancelled by The Inn At Charlestown, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

Parties of less than 8 people and 13-15 people may be seated with other guests unless pre-agreed with organisers. Vegetarian and Special dietary requirements can be catered for but must be booked at least 7 days in advance of the event. All monies are non-refundable.

Private Parties and Events Two weeks prior to the event we request guaranteed final guest numbers. Should the number of guests be fewer than expected on the day of the event, the guaranteed number of guests will be charged for. Any increases to the number of guests will be charged accordingly.

AccommodationPlease note separate terms and conditions apply when booking accommodation with The Inn At Charlestown. Preferential accommodation rates are subject to availability.

Accommodation will be available to guests from 2:00 pm and is to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Cancellation PolicyIn an event of cancellation, the following charges will be made: • Cancellation of a confirmed booking - loss of deposit in full. • Cancellation with less than 2 months notice - 50% of total charge. • Cancellation with less than 1 months notice - 75% of total charge. • Cancellation with less than 14 days notice - 100% of total charge.
