the KingCare or KingCare Select medical plan, a monthly Benefit Access Fee will be automatically deducted from your pay.

• If you select Kaiser’s SmartCare plan, there is no Benefit Access Fee.

• If you qualify for an exemption, you must confirm it each year during Open Enrollment.

During Open Enrollment, you can add or discontinue coverage for family members. You can also change medical plans— consider Kaiser’s SmartCare or KingCare Select. These plans have higher quality scores and lower deductibles, copays, and Benefit Access Fees.If you don’t participate in Open Enrollment, your current elections automatically continue for next year—except FSAs and Benefit Access Fee exemptions, which must be selected each year.

KEY BENEFIT CHANGES FOR NEXT YEAR• Kaiser Incentive: If you switch from a Regence

plan to the Kaiser SmartCare plan during Open Enrollment, and you agree to remain in the Kaiser plan for two years, you’ll receive $1,000 in an HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) that you can use to pay for eligible medical expenses. This incentive was bargained by the ATU.

• KingCare Select:  If you are enrolled in this medical plan, you’ll be assigned a Primary Care Provider (PCP) by Regence if you haven’t confirmed one with Regence by Nov. 30, 2021. In 2022, each member will have their own ID card with their PCP listed.

• Omada Diabetes Management program: Offered by Regence plans.

• Composite Fillings: Delta Dental will cover white fillings on back teeth.
