• **Shared-use of Summer Rack-stored boats is subject to a $500 additional charge. Spouse and immediate family members with common residence may share without additional charge.

• CONTRACT TERMS: Winter Early Bird payment is due by Sept. 24 & Summer Early Bird payment is due Jan. 31. You may deduct 2% for full payment by check. All accounts at Rex must be current to reserve storage or dockage

• MONTHLY RATES / Subject to Availability: Proration Method for Contracts after Season has Started - Monthly Rate = Seasonal Rate/Four. Ex. One Month of Indoor Rack ($125/per foot divided by 4= $31.25/Per Foot)

• 6.35% CT Sales Tax is additional only to Summer Rates above. Winter Storage is sales tax-exempt

2. Each boat must provide proof of hull and liability insurance naming Rex Marine Center, Inc. and Rex Realty LLC, as additional insured.

3. Tenant agrees to leave a duplicate set of keys and/or entry combo to access his/her boat.

4. Adequate lines and fenders must be available on boat at all times.

Important Information:

1. There is a fee to unload or load on or off a trailer upon delivery or departure of your boat. No charge if by water.

2. For dockage, Rex Marine Center will meter electricity and change accordingly at the current electric company rates.
