● Public or private financing (such as PACE) for EE & RE infrastructure
● Leasing options for EE & RE projects (such as Solar City)
● International support for nations where fossil-fuel subsidy reductions are implemented
● Carbon pricing, even at levels, as means to achieve SE4All objectives
● North-South partnerships at the national, city to city, or sub-national level, or between industries committed to cleaner production
