• NEW CONSTRUCTION SHOULD FIT “CONTEXTUALLY” INTO THE AREA UTILIZING HUMAN SCALE” DESIGN AND MATERIALS (VARIETY OF SCALES, EXTENSIVE USE OF BRICK MASONRY, SLENDER PROPORTIONS, COMMUNITY TERRACE-SOUTH DAYLIGHTING ORIENTATION WITH LANDSCAPE PLANTERS AT MULTIPLE LEVELS).
