In all areas, General Powell used the power of diplomacy and theuniversal ideal of democracy to build trust, forge alliances and thenbegin to transform these once-unstable regions into areas wheresocieties and cultures prosper. General Powell was devoted to grasp-ing opportunities as well as to confronting the global and regionalsecurity challenges of the 21st century. Located in the heart of New Orleans, City Parkoffers 1,300 acres of natural attractions; chil-dren’s play areas; and sports and recreational
