medical cases, missing persons,

minimal flooding, traffic

congestions, etc.

Alert Level “CHARLIE” –

occurrence of major incident/s

within the maximum capacity of

the Regional DRRMC deployed

of major incident/s requiring

national response (NDRRMC)
