The following levels of action shall be used as
reference at different levels of response:
Alert Level “ALPHA” – normal
situation, no untoward incidents
Alert Level “BRAVO” – occurrence
of minor incident/s such as minor
medical cases, missing persons,
minimal flooding, traffic
congestions, etc.
Alert Level “CHARLIE” –
occurrence of major incident/s
within the maximum capacity of
the Regional DRRMC deployed
elements
Alert Level “DELTA” – occurrence
of major incident/s requiring
national response (NDRRMC)
