CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVEI collettori CP consentono di distribuire in modo uniforme il flusso d’acqua riducendo le perdite di carico e intercettare il flusso tramite una valvola manuale incorporata rendendo ogni circuito autonomo. Gli interassi tra le uscite sono di 40 mm per permettere una facile installazione.La lavorazione eseguita dopo il trattamento di nichelatura rende i collettori CP adatti al trasporto di acqua potabile in conformità al D.M. 174/2004.I corpi dei collettori in ottone sono a basso contenuto di piom-bo in conformità alle più recenti normative: CW617N UNI EN 12165:2016.Tutte le guarnizioni di tenuta sono in EPDM perossidico.La maniglia è in ABS di colore bianco RAL 9016. Ad ogni maniglia può essere applicato un bollino indicante il tipo di utilizzatore. È possibile utilizzare delle piastrine metal-liche per identificare le utenze (fornite separatamente, cod. 6801615).Le filettature degli attacchi alle colonne principali sono in G 3/4 e G 1”.Le tubazioni di derivazione possono essere collegate per mezzo di raccordi con filettatura W24x19, G 3/4 EK e G 1/2.

It is possible to use metal plates to identify the utilities (these are supplied separately, code 6801615).The threadings of the main connections are G 3/4 and G 1”.The secondary circuits can be connected through fittings with threadings W24x19, G 3/4 EK and G 1/2.

Nella tabella di seguito sono riportate tutte le misure degli ingombri relativi alla combinazione di due collettori semplici componibili con una valvola a sfera a passaggio totale. Con l’aiuto di tali misure e prevedendo di lasciare circa 50 mm di spazio libero dalla parte della valvola a sfera, è possibile scegliere la cassetta da incasso in plastica con i relativi sistemi di fissaggio con staffe precostituite di cui si riportano le mi-sure esterne.
