NARRATIVE FOR MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT SEPTEMBER 2013
The work done by Trustee and counsel during the month of
September 2013 involved,generally:
1. Attention to preparation and service of plan voting ballots
and Second Amended Planpursuant to Court order approving Second
Amended Disclosure Statement; receipt ofballots and preparation of
tabulation.
2. Continued attention to P&A issues, specifically Chet
Morrison Contractorsrecommencement and related MSA amendments;
prepared and served default letter onChet Morrison; communicated
default issues to MMS.
3. Prepared joint motion for P&A status conference;
participated in status conference.4. Continued work on preparing
investor/insider objections and complaints; review of
claims for further objections.5. Continued addressing daily
administrative issues with operating oil and gas business
namely monthly JIBs, regulatory issues, and contractor
communications.6. Continued distribution of Empire proceeds to lien
claimants - $28,512.29 in September.
