new work. The productive time spent on behalf of their clients in facilitating the sale of a house
represents less than 25% of their working week. Yet the income from the vendor supports their full
working week.”
Webrealty’s model does the opposite. Why?
Simply because we have a technology based business and we pay for the marketing and advertising.
Under our model the vast majority of an agent’s time is spent getting the marketing and sales process
right. It is symptomatic of the real estate industry woes that most companies and agents see it as too
easy to collect the clients’ money and just fold it into a marketing package that advertises the agent
and the brand.
