Situated on the North Downs to the west of Caterham and just 16 miles from London, the village

National Golf Course, overlooking Caterham on White Hill.

As far as transport links go, Chaldon Mead is well connected in every way. Whether it’s for

work, relaxation or play, a five-minute drive is all it takes to reach both the M23 and M25,

while Gatwick Airport is some 13 miles away.

Caterham station is just down the road, providing regular trains to London Victoria and

London Bridge in about 45 minutes. There are also a further five stations including Merstham

and Redhill (train station) within a three-mile radius of Chaldon Mead, from where journey

times to London can take between 30 and 45 minutes.
