1 OVERVIEW

VANCH Active RFID warehousing management system is the

integration of 2.4G active RFID technology, network communicationtechnology and computer software technology by VANCH

INTELLIGENT, to solve the problem of enterprises’ difficult warehousing

and others, and to finish real-time accurate location on GOODS.

The system includes 3 parts

1 Real time accurate location system

2 Goods output and input of warehouse automatic management system

3 System management platform.

2.1 REALTIME ACCURATE LOCATION SYSTEM

Principle of warehouse real time accurate location system

1 Install one VT-3001 2.4G active RFID tag on each item.

Features of the tag: once tag is attached to the item, it will start to work with motion

detection function, when item moves on, it will transmit data once at 1 second interval, when

item no moving, it will transmit data once at 15 minutes interval can be controlled by locator

sending frequency, power and etc. .

2 Install VP-510 locator on goods shelf. The function of the locator is to receive tag

information, control tag’s transmitting power, control address information transmitted by tag

and etc.

To location accurately, tag transmits signal to locator; locator controls the power and speed

of tag transmitting signal to confirm tag’s accurate position; after locator finish the accurate

location, it will send information to reader; reader will finally confirm the specific goods shelf of

tag by probability distribution statistics and save in the system.

When user want to check the item’s position, it will be displayed soon. And reader will send

the command of indicator light ON to locator. When open linkage monitor, user can see the

item’s specific location through video.

2.2 GOODS OUTPUT AND INPUT OF WAREHOUSE AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

It’s to automatically record the information of the goods output and input of warehouse.

Install 2 sets of readers VI-710/W in the warehouse entrance and exit, one facing outside, another

facing inside.
