What is UNCONFERENCE?
At Learning & Development Asia 2019, we believe in developing new concepts and experiences in the
conference space.
The UNCONFERENCE format is a targeted approach to address the differing concerns of HR
professionals. The 90-minute interactive session is fully curated by YOU, the attendee.
Pitch and share your L&D concerns that you face in your organisation and discuss them with the other
attendees. The purpose is to maximise the exchange of ideas and knowledge-sharing within 90minutes.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
• Pitch your concern to the fellow attendees (you can also submit your concern to us beforehand)
• Attendees will vote for the top 10 concerns they would like to address and discuss further in the
breakout session.
