Conclusion
• JINR’s strategy is essentially based on development of home-based facilities
• Draft of 7-years programme (2010-2016) has to be recommended for approval by JINR’s Scientific Council (September) and (hopefully) approved by the Committee of Plenipotentiaries (November 2009)
