IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Important Note :
• Please arrive at the terminal at least 2 hours before
departure time.
• Check-in counter will be closed 45 minutes before departure
time.
• Please arrive at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before
boarding time.
• Passenger is allowed to bring a check-in baggage with maximum
weight 20 kg for Boeing 737 and 10 kg for ATR
• Passenger is allowed to bring a cabin baggage with maximum
weight 7 kg for Boeing 737 and 5 kg for ATR with
maximum dimension 40x30x15 cm
• For more information, please refer to Kalstar Aviation terms
and conditions. Passenger/ticket holder is accountable
(must follow) to terms and conditions that are stated by Kalstar
Aviation.
Refund Policy and Itinerary Changes Policy :
• For cancellation, customer can contact Tiket.com customer
service at 021 - 2963 3600 or email to [email protected]
Customer can also contact Kalstar Aviation Call Center at (021)
-.2934 3456.
• If customer is cancelling at Kalstar Aviation Call Center,
customer has to reconfirm the cancellation details to
Tiket.com customer service by stating:
- Passenger name.
- Order ID/Booking Code.
- Refund percentage that is received from Malindo Air.
- Bank account information to be refunded and the name of
the bank account holder.
- For credit card transaction, please state the last 4
digits of the card number and the credit card type
(VISA/MASTERCARD).
• Refund process will take approximately 1-2 months, starting
when the cancellation application is received by
Tiket.com customer service.
• Cancellation and refund provisions by Kalstar Aviation:
- Cancellation refund more than 72 hours before departure
will be charged a cancellation fee of 100,000 for all
classes except J, U and Z
- Cancellation of refund between 72 hours to 24 hours
before departure will be charged a cancellation fee of 30%
of
the published fare classes W, S, P, B, A, X, V, T, R, Q, N, M,
L, K. and special classes H, G be charged 25% and and for
class Y charged 20%.
- The cancellation refund less than 24 hours before
departure will be charged a cancellation fee of 70% of thepublished
fare classes W, S, P, B, A, X, V, T, R, Q, N, M, L, K and special
class H, G be charged 65% and for class Y be
charged 50%.
- No show and cancellation fee of 90% of the published
tariff
- Refund administration fee of Rp 50,000
- Special classes J, U, Z can not process a refund (promo
class)
• Trough fare ticket can not be refund separately.
• To make changes on the itinerary or passenger information,
customer can directly contact Kalstar Aviation Call Center
at 021 - 2934 3456 and will be charged an administration fee
stated by Kalstar Aviation.
