The Madison Beautification and Tree Board gave awards
to the following 5th grade students for their winning posters
in the Arbor Day Poster Contest. They will be recognized
at a Madison City Council meeting and the mayor will pre-
sent the awards. We’d like to congratulate our winners:

BAND NEWS!
Three students have been selected for All State Band! This is a
first for St. John’s Catholic School. Our congratulations go to:

These fine young people now have an opportunity to participate
with an elite group of musicians in Mobile. Congratulations!
The following students qualified for District Honor Band and will
perform at a concert at Bob Jones on Feb. 14th.
