2.5G PIN-TIA Module
1. DescriptionThis optical receiver consists of a high speed InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode and a low noise transimpedance
amplifier (TIA). The assembled TO-46 device is electrical isolated from the ST-receptacle ( maximum voltage 20V)to protect the device against ESD-damaging.It is designed for short distance FDDI and ATM up to 2.5Gbps. Thepreamplifier's linearity and absence of automatic gain control makes it ideal for analog applications andapplications with bursty signals. Its lens optical system is designed for multimode fiber with core-diameter of62.5µm.
