Stationary Engines
Engines lose 60%+ of input energy to heat generates power from radiator
and exhaust heat The can replace the OEM radiator
creating a radiator with a payback
Market: Over 150,000 0.5 – 2 MW continuous duty engines installed globally with ~15,000 shipped annually
Flare Reduction
Flares waste energy and pollute Coupled with a boiler, units
make power and greatly reduce or eliminate the flare
WWT Market: In the US alone, ~3,250 wastewater treatment plants generate biogas but only ~200 are generating power. The opens up the other 90% of an untapped market.
Oil & Gas Market: In the US alone, 12-17 billion cubic meters of gas is flared annually.
OtherElectraTherm’s customers are installing generators on district heating systems, micro geothermal, incinerators, and other process heat sources
Large Addressable Markets
Market for tens of thousands of heat-to-power units globally

Reduce or eliminate flare Much lower capital and
maintenance than other power generation technologies
Significantly reduced emissions
Flare to PowerReduce Flaring, Generate Power
Oil & Gas Wells Wastewater Treatment
At the start of August 2015, ElectraTherm began a demonstration paired with a boiler to reduce
flaring on a Hess oil field in the Bakken.
The significantly alters the market opportunity at WWTPs by offering dramatically improved emissions plus power where it was thought flaring was the only option.
20
Convert Flare Gas into Power & Heat In the oil fields
21
ElectraTherm’s Power+ Generator™ produces 35 to 110 kWe
Power+ can provide 24x7 electricity for onsite pumps, site controls, valves, sensors, etc.
The boiler and/or Power+ radiator can provide heat for thermal needs onsite No capital and maintenance intensive turbine or engine genset power
generation equipment required
Paired with a boiler, ElectraTherm's Power+ can provide electricity and heat from raw gas that would otherwise be flared
Benefits Reduce or eliminate flaring Reduce expensive diesel power generation or Offset retail cost of power No gas cleanup Low maintenance No water consumption (closed system) No open flame at heater treater Demonstrate responsible use of the flare gas
Provide Power & Heat for Oilfield EquipmentBeneficial use of raw or treated flare gas
Reduce or eliminate flaring by utilizing raw/untreated gas
Beneficial Flare Gas Utilization
Generate Power- Power for pumpjack- Power for controls/sensors- Power for wellhead
Generate Heat- Heat for heater/treater- Heat for oil flow
Flare Gas
The Power+ and Boiler is fueled by gas that would otherwise be flared

• Clean Burning
• Eliminates rotting wood and creation of methane
(23X CO2 Global Warming Affect)
• Extends landfill life by not burying woody biomass
• Can be used for municipal solid waste on islands and in developing countries
Well Ahead of The Competition
26
Industry-leading low temperature ORC team
More field experience and reference sites than competitors
Over 560,000 fleet hours at 97%+ availability
$2 million in DoE and DoD contracts
