Dear Classmates,

Please mark your calendars for the Richard Montgomery Class of 1984 25th Reunion! The festivities will take place from July 17 - 18, 2009 in Rockville, Maryland. Registration is ($75.00 per person and $65 dollars per spouse) includes a Meet and Greet on Friday evening, the Family Picnic on Saturday and the Reunion at Dave & Buster’s Saturday evening.

The deadline for regular registration is June 1, 2009. Registration rates after June 1, 2009 will be $85.00 per person and $75.00 dollars per spouse/guest. Tickets may be purchased online at www.rmhs1984.com under the 25th reunion tab. If you prefer, you can also send your registration to:

The first 99 registrations received by May 1, 2009 will be entered into a drawing for a prize. Make sure you are one of the first 99 to register!

Visit the website to register for the Reunion. There you can also submit your classmate profile, biographical info, photos, and contact information so in the future we will be able to e-mail you with updates. Visit the message boards to catch up withold friends.

We have found you but we are still looking for others. Visit our Missing Classmates page and start searching. The person who locates the most classmates will win a special prize at the Reunion.

Be sure to fill out the Reunion Survey once you have registered. Once you fill out the Survey your name will be entered to win a Very Special Prize. We are working diligently to provide as many fun and innovative door prizes and gifts, such as Coolpix camera’s, Apple I POD’s, and gift cards from various merchants, (Starbucks, AMC Theaters, and Hooters just to name a few.)

If you are going to register on the website, www.rmhs1984.com, you will register through PAYPAL which will take credit cards and checks (electronic). We are asking for all payments to be made by either money order or cashier (certified) check if you are mailing in your registration. Both of these along with cash will be accepted onsite.

Cancellation/Change/Refunds

For any Cancellation we MUST receive a written request NO LATER than July 1, 2009. A cancellation fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be assessed after July 2, 2009. Emergency requests received in writing and documented after July 1, 2009 will be reviewed on a case by case basis. All CHANGES MUST be submitted in writing.

To register for hotel accommodations, please contact hotel directly. Advise them that you are part of the Richard Montgomery Class of 84' Room Block. Reseravation must be made by June 19, 2009
