Septic: There are two private, on-site septic/wastewater system with 1000 gallon concrete tanks, one servicing thehome and another servicing the workshop/apartment.
Home: Upon purchasing this property the owners tore down the original farmhouse that was in poor condition to build acontemporary cape style home. In 1994, renovations began to update and convert the home into a classic Cape Cod/NewEnglander style home. High quality finish work includes pine floors milled from the property, custom kitchen cabinetrysourced from the property with yellow granite counters, and timber frame accents on the main level. Windows and handstained cedar shake siding complete the aesthetics. The only section of the original home that remained was the kitchenarea and stones from the original foundation were used for the construction of the fireplace hearth and woodstovehearth.

The tenants have traditionally notused the water for drinking and the sellers have done no testing.
