Grace Chapel Indio is a growing, lively, dynamic congregation of people who love God and have a desire to know Him more intimately through His Word and serve Him in their daily lives. We are a diverse congregation. Even though there is a wide variety of races, backgrounds and ages, we all share a common commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is our mutual desire to know Him better and to grow in the knowledge of Him as He has revealed Himself in His Word, the Bible. We also believe that worship of God is to be led by the Spirit. We want to emphasize the excitement and joy of being led by His Spirit in all that we do. This brings us into a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another.

Our Focus in the Word
Worship Etiquette It is our desire to focus on Jesus with our whole heart and mind as we worship. In this spirit, we ask that personal needs be attended to before services begin and that all cell phones be silenced. If you must leave after the teaching of the Word begins, instead of returning to the chapel, please be seated in the overflow room. We have classes for children where they may worship on their own level, and all children from infants to sixth grade are encouraged to attend. God bless you as we worship together.

Current Series—Romans 6-8 Series We are presently teaching through chapters 6-8 of the book of Romans. As your Pastor, I believe this is one of the most important series that I have preached here at Grace Chapel. Why? Because in these chapters you find answers to the questions, “Who are we in Christ?,” and “How can I live victoriously for Christ?” If you miss any of this series, may I encourage you to go our website and watch the message on-line. Please pray, that God will use these messages to both challenge and encourage each believer here at Grace to “walk worthy of the calling in which you have been called.” ~Pastor Ron

Community groups are the primary vehicles through which Grace Chapel Indio gathers to live life for Jesus in and among the valley: Knowing, Sharing, and Glorifying Jesus in a way that sees lives transformed for Jesus through authentic relationships and the Word of God. Scripture is clear that the ministry of the church is to be carried out by every member of the body, as Jesus uses the elders and senior leaders to equip the members of the church "for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ." At Grace Chapel, community groups are the place where discipleship and care takes place. It is where we encourage one another to be worshipers of our Lord in spirit and truth (John 4:20-24). It is where the body becomes the body; loving, caring for, and challenging one another. And, as we worship Jesus, living in community in the midst of our neighborhoods, we engage our neighbors and our culture with the goodness of Jesus, inviting them to join us in worshipping Him and being transformed to live for Him in community. Church Rummage Sale
This Saturday, April 5th, 6:30am—12 noon, will be the church rummage sale to help raise money for our church van! We’ve been blessed by all the donations of your stuff that has been coming in, but we can still use more, and more helpers are needed. We are extending the drop-off time on Friday only, 9am—7pm. There will be a special PRE-SALE, on Friday, April 4th, from 5pm-7pm for our church body. Come out on Saturday, and tell your friends!
Women’s Bible Study We are doing a short study called “Reading with a Purpose.” Please come and join us Thursday mornings at 9:15am. There is chi ldcare available.
Women’s Ministry
Ladies, we are going to do a “Love Squad” on Thursday, April 3rd, at 9:00am, and help out in preparation for the “Church Yard sale” during Bible Study time. Hope you can come and serve alongside of us! High School Car Wash Save the Date! The High School Youth Group will be having a car wash on Saturday, April 12th. The car wash will be a fundraiser for their Student Conference. More details to follow.
